Terms of Service

These terms are effective as of July 12, 2026 and were last updated on July 19, 2026. WristAlbum is operated by 武汉牛拉松科技有限公司 (Newrathon, referred to as “we” or “us”). Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before use. The mainland China direct build presents an explicit consent flow before the first relevant personal-information processing; related features become available only after you actively accept in that interface. It also provides an in-app withdrawal entry. Features that depend on the relevant network processing or third-party SDK may stop working after withdrawal.

WristAlbum helps you crop selected photos on your phone, publish watch-ready image files, and sync them to a Garmin Connect IQ app. You are responsible for the photos you choose to publish and may use the app only with content you have the right to use. You may not use the service for unlawful or infringing content, to bypass security or quotas, or for abusive, automated, or excessive access.

Only watch-sized crops and sync manifests you explicitly publish are stored on our secure servers so your watch can download the current album. Original photos and the local album database are not part of the normal upload. The service is for personal album sync, and we may limit, suspend, or remove unlawful, infringing, abusive, automated, or excessive traffic and related content.

Global builds obtained through the App Store or Google Play use the relevant store to process payment and RevenueCat to manage products and entitlement status. Price, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and billing rules are governed by the store where you purchased and by applicable law. Restoration depends on the same store account and a valid transaction state returned by the store.

The mainland Android china build does not use RevenueCat. It uses native Alipay sign-in and App payment. You must actively initiate Alipay sign-in or payment; the client must not initiate a transaction on your behalf. A synchronous Alipay SDK result is for interface feedback only. An order is fulfilled and an entitlement granted only after our secure servers receive and verify the asynchronous Alipay notification. Alipay records and records on our secure servers are authoritative.

As of the date of these terms, mainland plans are monthly at CNY 28 for one month, yearly at CNY 48 for 12 months, and lifetime at CNY 68 for a permanent entitlement. The plans, amounts, and descriptions actually offered at payment are those fetched from our secure servers and shown in the final order, not a cached client value or historical screenshot.

Mainland purchase restoration restores only paid orders confirmed by our secure servers for the current Alipay account. Activation codes use the strict XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format and each code can bind to only one account. A monthly code adds one month, a yearly code adds 12 months, and a lifetime code creates a permanent entitlement. Active status, plan, expiry, and restoration results are determined by the records on our secure servers.

Mainland refunds and transaction reversals are determined by Alipay records, applicable law, and the support outcome. We may revoke the corresponding entitlement after a refund, reversal, or chargeback. Global store refunds remain handled by the store where the purchase occurred.

Global store builds receive updates through the App Store or Google Play. The mainland direct build checks our secure servers at startup and downloads a signed APK from the HTTPS URL they return. To address important security, compatibility, or service issues, an update manifest may make an update non-skippable or require installations below the minimum supported version to update. Some or all network features may be unavailable if a required update is declined.

Garmin device connectivity, Garmin Connect Mobile, watch storage limits, phone network access, Alipay or store services, our secure servers, and Connect IQ platform behavior can affect availability. WristAlbum is provided as-is and may change as device, channel, security, and legal requirements evolve. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Data processing, third-party SDKs, retention, consent withdrawal, data deletion, and account-deletion paths are described in the Privacy Policy. There is currently no self-service account-deletion entry; submit a request through support and complete necessary verification. Transaction or security records that must be retained by law are not immediately erased by an account-deletion request.

If you materially violate these terms, infringe third-party rights, threaten service security, or create fraud or chargeback risk, we may reasonably limit the relevant account, credential, upload, or paid feature while handling existing orders and data-rights requests as required by law.

We may update these terms when features, channels, or legal requirements change, and will publish the updated text and date through the app or website. We will use reasonable notice for material changes and obtain separate consent where required by law. Continued use of the updated service otherwise means acceptance of the revised terms.
